How a project runs
from enquiry to handover

2. Site visit and on-site consultation

If needed, an appointment is arranged in Vienna or the surrounding area. On site, the condition, measurements, material questions and potential difficulties can be assessed realistically.

3. Scope of work and cost estimate

Once everything has been discussed, a project-specific cost estimate is prepared. It is based on scope, condition, materials, time window and the desired quality of finish.

4. Scheduling and preparation

Before work starts, access, protective measures, materials, work stages and any interfaces with other trades are clarified.

5. Execution and ongoing coordination

The agreed work is carried out cleanly. If questions or changes arise, the next step is agreed directly so that the project does not stall unnecessarily.
